* Shipping cost in Mainland UK are FREE for orders over £30.00 and £6.99 for orders below £30.00

* We aim to deliver within 48 hours

* If you want products to be delivered outside the UK, then order on www.totectors.com

* Orders made on www.totectors.co.uk can only be shipped to destinations in the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland)

* The rates below apply for www.totectors.com / www.totectors.nl / www.totectors.de with shipping from the Netherlands. 

All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

• You have 30 days to return your item. An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

• is in undamaged state
• is not worn and/or used (test shoes only inside and not outside)
• includes the original packaging.
• Totectors reserves the right to refuse returned items.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

After receiving your return, it can take up to 7 working days to receive a confirmation of your refund per mail. After that it can take 10-14 days before the refunded amount is visible on your bank/credit card /PayPal. Especially PayPal can take more time. If you paid with PayPal and we indicated that we initiated the refund, you can also contact PayPal about when you can expect the refund in your account. Please keep in mind that the shipping costs will not be refunded, except if agreed upon beforehand.

 Follow the steps below:

1. Put your shoe box back in the shipping carton (take any existing labels from the shipping carton)

2. Fill in the return form, which is included in your order

3. Go to the drop off point of the mail service of choice, pay for the shipping and they will add the shipping label to your product. Keep the track & trace code carefully

4. Wait to the package to arrive at our warehouse

5. Upon receipt we will check the product and will inform you about your refund. After delivery at the warehouse it can take 7 working days before the refund is issued

Please fill in the return form that you received with the package. Make sure you clearly mention your name and order number.

Returns are at your own cost. These cost are paid when you drop off the package at the mail office, where they will attach the shipping label.
